Declare dismissal instead. Dismissal.Blocking replaces a no-op handler, Dismissal.Dismissable replaces a handler that pops, and DismissAction.Run keeps a custom handler for the sources that need it.
Invoked instead of popping when the graph is dismissed, letting the surface decide what leaving means. Takes precedence over the current screen's own handler.
