Mirrors the value reaktiv-navigation emits for guard spans.

Unlike the other synthetic classes this cannot reference its producer: navigation deliberately does not depend on the tracing runtime (BC-52), so it declares its own constant with the same value. The two are a string contract, and changing one means changing the other.
